Mariana was a short and slender girl. She enjoyed her university life and studied journalism with joy. Another thing that made her days happier was her boyfriend, Tobey. They had been dating for over a year. Mariana was happy with his words expressing love for her. She felt like the happiest girl in the world.

Everything was going well until one day Mariana found Tobey kissing another woman. She didn't know what was happening. Time seemed to stand still as she watched them share a long kiss. As soon as Tobey realize that Mariana was watching them, he quickly pulled away from the other woman. He tried to explain that it was an accident, but Mariana didn't want to hear anything. She ran away from the scene, not wanting to see them, not wanting to see anyone.

The following week, she attended university, but her joy was gone. Classes now felt heavy, and it seemed like the sun no longer rose for her. Occasionally, she would see Tobey and the other girl walking hand in hand down the hallway. Mariana couldn't stand to see them together. She held back her anger and retreated to the bathroom, where she would cry to release her emotions without anyone seeing her like that. She knew people would laugh at her if they saw her so vulnerable.

The next day, she received a message from Tobey. She had blocked him on all her social media, but he had somehow managed to get another number and sent her a message. Mariana didn't want to read it, but the only sentence she saw was calling her attention. "...I will explain why I cheated on you..." Those were the words in the message. Mariana paced back and forth in her room. Her phone sat on her bed, waiting for her to read the message.

After a couple of minutes, Mariana picked up her phone and began reading the lengthy message. As she finished reading, her tears fell onto the screen. She hugged her knees and started crying, not caring if anyone else could hear her. She wanted to cry until her pain was gone.

The message was a weak excuse in which Tobey tried to justify his betrayal. He explained that he had been dating the other woman for weeks before Mariana caught them kissing. He said he had lost interest in her because she didn't have as curvy a figure as his new girlfriend. He also claimed that he had tried to break up with her, but never found the right situation, so he continued with the farce.

Those words only made Mariana feel miserable and like a complete fool for not realizing sooner that Tobey was cheating on her. She cried until she fell asleep. When she woke up, she noticed she was in a strange place. Everything seemed to be made of clouds. She walked around the room and noticed that the ground was very soft under her feet. Suddenly, a little being emerged from the clouds. Mariana recognized what it was. "IT'S A FAIRY" she said surprised.

It was a little fairy wearing a yellow dress, with golden hair emitting a golden glow from her body. "Greetings, Mariana. I am Tinjer, the Fairy of Broken Hearts" the Fairy spoke. "Fairy of Broken Hearts? What is that?... Oh, hello, nice to meet you" Mariana tried to be polite, but she was still confused by the situation.

"I'm like a Fairy Godmother from fairy tales, but I appear when some girl with a broken heart seeks revenge" explained the Fairy. "Seeking revenge? But that's not what I want..." Mariana replied. Immediately, memories of when she found the man she believed was the love of her life kissing another woman, a woman whom she had disliked for her vanity, that painful memory came to her mind.

"Well, there's also a Fairy who can help you find a Prince Charming if that's what you want…" the Fairy said a bit disappointed. "She's my sister, I can call her if..." The little yellow Fairy couldn't finish her sentence when Mariana interrupted her to say something. "NO. You're right. What I want now is REVENGE" she said with a malicious smile. The little Fairy smiled too.

THE NEXT MORNING.

Tobey was at the food court of a shopping mall. His new girlfriend was sitting on his lap. They were chatting with their friends when Tobey felt a heavy hand on his shoulder. He turned around to see a tall and muscular young man. "Can I help you with something, buddy?" Tobey asked, slightly annoyed by the interruption.

"You? NOT AT ALL." The muscular guy delivered a strong punch to Tobey's face, sending him flying out of the chair. His new girlfriend also went flying, but managed to land on her feet despite wearing high heels. When Tobey got back on his feet, he looked quite angry. "I don't know who you are, jerk, but I'm going to kick your ass." Tobey started fighting against the mysterious muscular guy, but despite landing several blows, his opponent seemed to resist them all and counterattacked with much more force.

In the end, Tobey ended up receiving a beating from the mysterious muscular guy. Once Tobey couldn't get up from the ground, the guy left the scene. "Wow, that was quite a beating, Marco" the Fairy said. "No doubt, these muscles are much more powerful than I thought" Marco, the mysterious muscular guy, replied. "Your magic is quite amazing, Tinjer." He added. "I didn't think you could really turn me into a tall and strong handsome man. But you did it easily. You're awesome" Marco praised. "Yeah, I am a very talented Fairy" she replied blushing.

"What will you do now? Will you return to being Mariana?" the Fairy asked. "No, not yet. There are still many things I want to do as a man." Marco said excitedly. "Well, I'll accompany you. Without a doubt, they must be exciting things." the Fairy said as she turned invisible again and sat on Marco's shoulder. "Don't doubt it, Tinjer."

- I wanted to do something different. It was quite fun to create a story from this perspective. I hope you also like it.
